Bihar ITI Instructor Exam Pattern

1. There will be a total of 100 questions.
2. 80 questions will be based on the knowledge of the Trade applied by the candidate.
3. 20 questions will be on General Studies and Current Affairs.
4. The examination will be conducted as a Computer Based Test (CBT) in more than one shift.
5. There will be 0.25 negative marking for each wrong answer
6. Total duration of the test will be 2 hours or 120 minutes

Part-1 Trade Knowledge	80 questions based on knowledge of the related ITI trade, as per the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Directorate General of Training, Government of India.
Part-2 General Studies and Current Affairs	History (Ancient, Medieval, Modern) Geography (Physical, Economic, World) Indian Polity and Governance Indian Economy (including Budget, Banking, and Finance) Science and Technology Environmental Studies Current Affairs (National and International) Social Issues and Social Welfare Programs Sports and Awards Art and Culture Disaster Management Government Schemes and Policies Indian Constitution International Relations Important Events and Anniversaries Books and Authors Personalities in News Scientific Discoveries and Innovations National and International Organizations Security and Defense-related matters

Bihar ITI Instructor Selection Process

Marks obtained in the CBT examination will have a weightage of 50%	50 marks
Marks obtained for National trade Certificate (NTC)/ Apprenticeship Certificates will be given 20 % weightage	20 marks
Marks obtained in CITS examination will be given 30% weightage	20 marks
Candidates employed and working on the contract for the post of Business Instructor in Industrial Training Institutes under the Directorate of Planning and Training (Training Side) under Labor Resources Department will be awarded 05 marks per annum for their services till a maximum of 25 marks (After multiplying the number of working days by 05 for a fraction of a year, the proportionate figure obtained by dividing by 365 will be added)	25 marks
Total	125 marks

5. प्रत्येक गलत उत्तर के लिए 0.25 नकारात्मक अंकन होगा
6. परीक्षा की कुल अवधि 2 घंटे या 120 मिनट होगी

बिहार आईटीआई इंस्ट्रक्टर सिलेक्शन प्रक्रिया

कंप्यूटर आधारित टेस्ट (CBT) परीक्षा में प्राप्त अंकों का वेटेज 50% होगा।	50 अंक
राष्ट्रीय व्यापार प्रमाणपत्र (एनटीसी)/प्रशिक्षुता प्रमाणपत्र के लिए प्राप्त अंकों को 20% वेटेज दिया जाएगा।	20 अंक
सीआईटीएस परीक्षा में प्राप्त अंकों को 30% वेटेज दिया जाएगा।	20 अंक
श्रम संसाधन विभाग के अधीन नियोजन एवं प्रशिक्षण निदेशालय (प्रशिक्षण पक्ष) के अधीन औद्योगिक प्रशिक्षण संस्थानों में इंस्ट्रक्टर के पद पर नियोजित एवं संविदा पर कार्यरत अभ्यर्थियों को उनकी सेवाओं के लिए अधिकतम 25 अंक तक प्रतिवर्ष 5 अंक दिये जायेंगे (एक वर्ष के किसी अंश के लिए कार्य दिवसों की संख्या को 05 से गुणा करने पर 365 से भाग देने पर प्राप्त आनुपातिक अंक जोड़ा जाएगा)	25 अंक
